The initial visit from Gerry the design consultant, was very professional with no hard sell. Product was described in detail, as was the timescale of fitting and procedure involved. When a decision was made to purchase the waterproof shutters, we paid a deposit with the balance to be paid on completion. The date was brought forward which meant we only waited approximately 4 weeks until completion. The shutters absolutely enhance the chosen areas. Jamie the fitter worked quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption. We are delighted with our purchase.
